CANCELLATION POLICY
If any changes, such as canceling or rescheduling; need to be made to your appointment, please notify me at LEAST 24 hours in advance in order to avoid additional fees/charges. If you fail to cancel an appointment/ or do not show up, you may be required to pay 50%-100% of the services scheduled. Please be punctual. If you are more than 15 minutes late, I may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time. I will make every effort to find a suitable alternative time. If I do not hear from you within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment, it will be considered a “no-show” and treated as a missed appointment.
